Let's be thankful; let's be glad.  For the food and things we have.
Let's give thanks for you and me, and our home and family.

Fingerplays:
Hello, Mr. Turkey, "How are You?" (Tune of:  If you're happy and you know it)
Hello, Mr. Turkey, "How are You?"
Hello, Mr. Turkey, "How are You?"
With a gabble, gabble, gabble
and a wabble, wabble, wabble
Hello, Mr. Turkey, "How are You?"

Do the Turkey Trot (Tune of: Farmer in the Dell)
Do the turkey trot, do the turkey run
do the turkey gabble, gabble it's a lot of fun.
Now flap your turkey wings, like the turkeys do.
And run from the farmer before she catches you!

I'm a Nut
I'm an acorn, small and round
lying on the cold, cold ground
everybody steps on me
that's why I am cracked you see.
I'm a nut (knock, knock, knock, knock)
I'm a nut (knock, knock, knock, knock)
I'm a nut (knock, knock, knock, knock)
I'm a nut (knock, knock, knock, knock)

Ten Leppers Luke 17:11
Now on his way to Jerusalem, Jesus traveled along the border between Samaria and Galilee.  As he was going into a village, ten men who had leprosy met him.  They stood at a distance and called out in a loud voice, "Jesus, Master, have pity on us!"  When he saw them, he said, "Go show yourselves to the priests."  And as they went, they were cleansed.  One of them, when he saw that he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice.  He threw himself at Jesus' feet and thanked him - and he was a Samaritan.  Jesus asked, "Were not all ten cleansed?  Where are the other nine?  Has no one returned to give praise to God except this foreigner?"  Then he said to him, "Rise and go; your faith has made you well."

Hold out 10 fingers and act out story...one finger comes back and sings "Oh, How I love Jesus"
Oh, how I love, Jesus.  Oh, how I love, Jesus.
Oh, how I love, Jesus because He first loved me.

He healed my wounds, He healed my heart, He gave me new eyes to see.
He is the Savior, my rescuer.  He's freed me from sin, I'm clean!

Oh, how I love, Jesus.  Oh, how I love, Jesus.
Oh, how I love, Jesus because He first loved me.
